The flag carrier of Switzerland, Swiss International Airlines proposes first and business class passengers new in-flight meals. Swiss International new in-flight meals first and business class is available since yesterday 1st December 2010 and is available on intercontinental flights. First class passengers of Swiss International will be served as new in-flight meals a crayfish cocktail with asparagus tips and triangle of mountain lamb with ratatouille as starters whereas business class passengers will be served smoked duck breast with a pear-and-celery salad, balsamic jelly and pine nuts. Swiss International first and business class passengers will be offered a choice of main course in-flight meals and desserts. Besides the new in-flight meals, first and business class passengers are entertainment throughout the flight with the wide selection of in-flight entertainment proposed by Swiss International. To recall that with Swiss Airlines seat availability, passengers would have the possibility to have more seat pitch onboard its aircraft.

Member of the Skyteam alliance and the national airline of France, Air France has announced the in-flight meals that will be served from Paris to Tokyo onboard of the Airbus A380. Air France in-flight meals Tokyo Airbus A380 will be served with both French gastronomic cuisine as well as Japanese dishes.  On the Airbus A380 to Tokyo, as in-flight meals, Air France can serve more than 1600 dishes to 538 passengers. Also, with the Airbus A380 seat configuration, passengers would have 538 seats at their disposal and Length: 72.72 m Wingspan: 79.75 m. From Paris to Tokyo, passengers traveling onboard of the Airbus A380 will be served as in-flight meals lunch and breakfast by Air France whereas from Tokyo to Paris passengers will be served lunch and dinner.  Besides breakfast, lunch and dinner snacks are available throughout the Airbus A380 flights to Tokyo and these snacks are available as self service even to economy class passengers. Moreover besides these in-flight meals, on the Airbus A380 flights to Tokyo passengers of all the travel classes will be served red wines and Champagne. Furthermore to these in-flight meals served onboard of the Airbus A380 flights to Tokyo, passengers are also provided with a wide array of Air France in-flight entertainment comprising of movies, music cds and many more. At last, with Air France seat availability, passengers would have the possibility to have access with more seats onboard the aircraft.

Germany’s flag carrier and member of Star Alliance, Lufthansa is enhancing its in-flight meals that will be served in both the First and Business class. The new Lufthansa First and Business class in-flight meals will be offered during the coming months of September and October. These new-flight meals that will be served onboard of the First class and Business class is to celebrate the 10th jubilee of its Star Chefs program. As in-flight meals, Lufthansa First class passengers will have a choice between duck specialties and lentil salad by Daniel Boulud (Restaurant Daniel, New York), Nashi pear with honey mustard sauce including others. And the main course dish, Lufthansa first class passengers will have a choice between braised veal cheeks with Tahiti vanilla with chickpea mousseline, flambéed raspberries and broccoli by Sven Elverfeld (Restaurant Aqua, Wolfsburg) a few more. Business class passengers of Lufthansa will also dish out with the new in-flight meals proposed. During these months of September and October, as in-flight meals Lufthansa First and Business class passengers will be offered nice delicious desserts finely prepared. Moreover, besides these new in-flight meals proposed both First and Business class passengers are also provided with a large choice of in-flight entertainment and other Lufthansa onboard services. At last, with Lufthansa seat availability, passengers would have the possibility to have more seat pitch onboard its aircraft.
