Member of Star Alliance and the national airline of Germany, Lufthansa will restart flights to the Colombian city of Bogota from Frankfurt. Lufthansa flights Bogota from Frankfurt will be resumed by on 31st October 2010. Also, with Lufthansa seat availability is offering seat pitch of 85.2 inches in First Class, seat pitch of 48 to 59.2 inches in Business Class, in Economy Class Lufthansa is offering seat pitch of 31.2 to 40 inches. With the Airbus A340-600 seat configuration passengers will have the possibility to have 60 seats in business class and 238 in economy class. Lufthansa will fly from Frankfurt to Bogota five times a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Lufthansa LH542 will take off from Frankfurt at 13.30 hrs and will reach Bogota at 19.25 hrs. The return flights LH543 will then leave from Bogota at 21.45 hrs and will arrive in Frankfurt at 14.45 hrs the next day.

Since 1st May the national airline of Austria, Austrian Airlines has had its flights schedules to Dnepropetrovsk changed. The flights schedules to Dnepropetrovsk will be changed as the airport is in renovation. Regarding this changed flights schedules, Austrian Airlines will be operating flights to Zaporizhia instead of Dnepropetrovsk. Passengers having Austrian Airlines air ticket Kiev, Donetsk, Kharkiv, Lviv and Odessa, the Ukrainian cities will not have their flights schedules changed. Furthermore, Austrian Airlines in flight entertainment will also be fully at the disposal to each and every passengers to make their journey a pleasant one.

Jet Airways, the airline based in India has announced that it would re starts flight as from Tuesday 20th April 2010 after the volcanic eruption in Iceland. Jet Airways flight will re starts to Newark and Toronto which were suspended for several days. Jet Airways would re starts its flights by ensuring flights via Athens to avoid volcanic ashes that is currently affecting European air space.
