United Airlines, based in the United States will offer new flights to the Nigerian capital, Lagos from Washington. The flights Lagos United Airlines will be launched on 12th December 2010 and will be operated via the capital of Ghana, Accra. United Airlines flights to Lagos will be carried out on a daily basis. United Airlines flights will depart from Washington at 2243hrs, will reach Lagos at 1735hrs the following day after a stopover in Accra. The return flights will then leave Lagos at 2130hrs and will arrive in Washington at 0611hrs after a stopover in Accra. The flights to Lagos from Washington via Accra will be ensured by United Airlines’ Boeing 767. With the Boeing B767 seat configuration, passengers would have a three class configuration with 6 seats in First class, 26 seats in Business class and 151 seats in Economy class. As United Airlines onboard services, both first class and business class passengers will be provided over 150 hours of in-flight entertainment with personal screens of 15.4 inches, fully lie flat seats and a wide choice of meals.
