traffic figures for August 2011 Air France-KLM

Air France-KLM has released its traffic figures for August 2011. According to figures from its traffic, Air France-KLM suffered an increase in traffic of 7.6% with capacity up 6.1%, allowing the load factor gained 1.2 points to 85, 7%. Capacity on the American network has been an increase of 10.7% with a load factor of 89.4%. The Asian network traffic rose 9.0% with capacity up 7.3%. The load factor stood at 89.4%. The Africa and Middle East was stable for a capacity decrease of 0.5% with a coefficient stood at 83.4 (+0.3 point). Network traffic Caribbean and Indian Ocean increased by 10.0% with capacity up 7.1%. The load factor rose 2.2 point to 84.0%. As for the European network, it has also been an increase of 5.1% while capacity increased 4.2%. The load factor gained 0.6 points to 78.1%. Please note that Air France KLM carried 6.8 million passengers in August 2011. Air France start of commercial areas

The airline company Air France will set up a marketing offensive at the start of the regions. This offensive will be launched from Marseille, Toulouse, Nice and Bordeaux in order to develop the network short-and medium-haul company. In addition, Air France will offer more than 30% more seats spread over 54 new routes from four regional cities and out of major European cities and the Mediterranean. With the new offensive, Air France will offer flights from 50 € one way. Please note that Air France also offers its passengers free services such as checked baggage free selection of daily boarding, snack, preferred seating and more.
